Chapter 1

Chapter 1 - Of the Holy Scripture

The Scriptures are inspired by God, and are good for teaching, and rebuking so that man will be able to accomplish the works God has for him [1].

New International Version (NIV)

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work

King James Version (KJV)

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
